Happy Heart Health-Valentine Love Month!

In honor of celebrating Heart Health Awareness Month, why wear red for just one day this month? This Morselist is wearing RED every day and having a blast!

In addition to daily exercise, a 15-20 minute walk, eating the rainbow with a plant-RICH diet, spending time with loved ones, lots of laughter, AND indulge your sweet-tooth and share with your Valentine(s) sans guilt with my new Keto, Paleo, grain-free, gluten-free, no-sugar (depending on the chocolate you use), low-sodium, no-gmos and can be made vegan.

Voila!
Peanut Butter-Chocolate MoNuts;

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 C Mac-n-Mo’s Morselicious Mix
    2 TBSP. Coconut flour
    1/4 C PB powder
    *2 TBSP Collagen Protein Powder (omit if you’re Vegan)
    1 Cup PB
    2 TBSP Vanilla
    *6 eggs or (VEGAN) chia/flax eggs
    Optional; 3/4 C Dark Chocolate Chips

DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 325.
In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend all liquid ingredients, adding in the dry mixture and blend well.
Immediately spoon into a coconut-oil mini-donut pan.
Bake approximately 7-8 minutes. Be sure not to overbake.

If you don’t have a mini-donut pan, spoon onto a coconut-oiled baking sheet into drop-morselicious bites.
