Trick-or-treat?Β Oh, sugar, sugar! Β Remember my previous posts citing studies proving sugar is more addicting than cocaine? Β Many of you have asked me how to curb the cravings for all of the extra Halloween candy this time o’ year, not to mention the decadent home-baked treats bubbling over in holiday ovens, which are here to stay through the end of the year.
Here are a few of my Morselicious favorite strategies whilst still indulging a wee bit. After all, ’tis the season and we don’t want our homes to be “egged” for NOT passing out treats on Halloween and I’m not yolking!
#1. Have a treat. Celebrate and savor your favorite treat, whether it be a chocolate-peanut butter goodie or a carrot cake with coconut-cream cheese frosting. Hint, two of my all-time faves!
#2. Morselfy your favorites so you can indulge without the excess sugar, salt, gluten, C.R.A.P. Β Ask me how we can work together.
#3. CUT the CRAP!Β β¦the MORSELIST is gettinβ dirty!

Cancer and most chronic inflammatory diseases are caused by consuming CRAP!
C-carbonated sodas
R-refined sugars
A-artificial anything
P-processed /preservatives
Letβs reverse that by:
C-choosing CLEAN
R-real (rainbow)
A-and (apple-bobbing)Β remember that game?
P-pure
FOODS!! Β ?
Which C.R.A.P. will you choose? Β And how will you WEEN this Hallo-holiday?Β
p.s. Do NOT overbuy candy and if you have leftovers, get rid of it as soon as the last trick-or-treater has gobbled through your door.
