March is indeed the Morselicious month of GREEN! National Nutrition Month and St. Patrick’s Day! Two of my favorite celebrations.
How will you be eatin’ and wearin’ your greens? As you can see, I’ve got plenty o’ choices.
What’s your favorite green veggie or dish? How often do you eat your greens? Strive for a daily intake of hearty greens. Bonus points if you wear green on St. Patrick’s Day. Please share here and/or on my Instagram page.
If you find it challenging to get your daily greens or are stuck in a rut with the greens you do eat, schedule a health coaching call. I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss how I can support you in your health journey. Remember, there is no such thing as perfect. Mary Poppins was “practically” perfect. 🙂 We are all on our own path, and admittedly, it’s difficult not to compare ourselves to others who may seem far ahead of us; we all have to start from where we are now. Give yourself extra pats on the back for taking the first step toward achieving better health in whatever form that means to you.
