Who’s ready to spring clean their space, mind, and gut? April is the season of renewal, so let’s hop to it!

Three tips to get started:

  1. Try one seasonal veggie every week. Bonus points if you can figure out a new veggie every day.
  2. Make a date with someone who puts a spring in your step and spirits. Bonus points if you step out into nature with that person.
  3. Spring clean your space. Creating space in your home also benefits your mind and gut. That’s a triple bonus. Even if you just start with one drawer or corner, the benefits are powerful. Try it. I promise you’ll feel freer and lighter.Β  Put on your favorite music and make it as fun as possible. My friends and I have clothing swap parties, which are a ton of fun and a great way to clear out your closet.
