It’s May! It’s May! It’s Morselicious May and Celiac Awareness Month. Please take a few minutes to read a bit more about celiac disease and spread awareness, not gluten. Ask me any questions, and thank you in advance for supporting those of us with celiac disease. Believe me, it’s not a fad or a choice. It’s a full-time job and can feel quite isolating when it comes to social settings and invitations. Gratitude fills my heart and tummy when my loved ones go out of their way to accommodate my dietary restrictions without making me feel like. burden. π
Another thought and powerful action I encourage you to try this month is to replace one bad habit with one good one. Start with a small, simple good habit you want to implement into your lifestyle.Β For example, if you’re trying to cut back on sugar, replace your morning blueberry muffin or refined carb with unsweetened Greek yogurt and fresh organic blueberries, or scrambled eggs, overnight chia pudding, etc.Β Or if you want to move more, try a walking meeting. If you can’t meet and walk with the person,Β get your headphones on and take the meeting while you walk. It’s amazing how much you can accomplish while getting in your steps. Bonus points if you can take it outside. This is a great alternative to coffee dates, too. Treadmills work, too, but it’s May, and the blooms are beautiful!
Is there a habit you’d like to replace? Send me a message, or book a free 15-minute health coaching consultation.
Finally, treat yourself to a little self-care date, like my wonderful friend, Todd, did. See his stunning photo below.

XO,
Maura, aka Mo, the Morselist
