Do you have a dream recipe you’d like to create or ask The Morselist to create with our new mix?
I’m all ears… 🙂
In other fun news, yours truly partnered up with the Food Fairy, Jane Park Smith of, an incredible organization working with inner-city communities about healthy food. We had so much fun filming 3 segments of our new proof-of-concept t.v. show, MORSELICIOUS E.A.T.S.
Check out our newest Irish Morselite, Hillary, who LOVED my mini-chocolate cherry cake made with our new mix and yes, she’s said so in her native tongue, Irish or some may say, Gaelic.
As we’re all gearing up for back-to-school, end-of-summer, here are 7 of my tips to stay or get back into a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
Many of you have asked me to resend my interview on Food Heals Nation and I love to grant wishes. 🙂 Hope you enjoy this podcast.
7 steps to get into Morselicious Shape
#1 Be grateful, write in your gratitude journal and set one small goal each morning.
#2 Drink a tall glass of room temperature water. For fancy pants, add lemon slices and/or mint. 🙂
#3 Work-out before you shower to ensure you WILL do it!
#4 Eat breakfast and not the sugary kind. Balanced protein, unrefined carbs and greens. I love my green smoothies.
#5 Prep your meals ahead of time and pack your lunch. Be sure to include some kind of small treat, like dark chocolate.
#6 Treat yourself to a simple pleasure every day, for example, a walk in your favorite neighborhood or park, a foot massage, coffee or tea with a friend, use your special plates and glasses.
#7 Get to bed early, UNPLUG. Find the perfect night time ritual and savor it.
Which step or steps are you already doing? Which one do you find most challenging? Let me know how I might be able to help.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
