Who else has noticed the extra early displays of Halloween candy flooding the aisles and ads as some schools haven’t even started yet? We are even more vulnerable to cave into our candy craving temptations with the weight of the world looming in our minds and hearts, which brings me to your August requests.
The survey results showed 95% of you asked for workshops to curb sugar cravings and keep the holiday baked oven treats the ONLY things bubbling over, not our waistbands.

Mac-n-Mo’s Morselicious baking mix is superb. I’ve tried other Gluten Free baking mixes only to be disappointed in the final product. With the Morselicious baking mix I’ve been able to make yummy morsels (simple recipe right on the package) and wholesome muffins that were absolutely delicious.
