Make and share a tasty/healthy meal or snack for someone.
Take a walk with a friend.
Go on a road trip with a friend.
Explore a new cafe or town.
Talk to strangers.
Make an anonymous thank you to an employee’s manager who goes out of their way to help you.
Write a thoughtful note to someone.
And don’t forget to celebrate the wearin’ & eatin’ of the green on St. Patrick’s Day!
What does a plant-forward diet include? Will I have to give up fish, eggs, and meat?
Thanks for your question. A plant-forward diet includes a diet rich in clean, colorful, think rainbow of veggies in most, if not all of your meals. You do not have to give up fish, eggs, or meat. By incorporating more veggies in our bowls and our plates, we still have room for wild fish, organic eggs, and preferably grass-fed, organic meat.
Exciting news! Customized gift cards are now available! Send me an email for mo’ info.
And be sure to check out and share my Employee Wellness programs.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Be sure to wear and eat your greens!
