🎶 It’s May! It’s May! It’s Morselicious May! 🎶
May is Celiac Awareness Month. 💚
Please show your support by learning the facts and sharing them with others. Celiac is an autoimmune disorder, not a fad or choice. From first-hand experience as someone with celiac, please understand that we cannot, under any circumstances, consume gluten. Yes, even a spec, including a salad that had the croutons removed, can make us sick.
🌾 What is gluten? Wheat, rye, barley, spelt, and oats, yes, oats, because of cross-contamination. Many people with celiac, myself included, can not even tolerate grains. Pay special attention to gluten-free certification.
🚫 ZERO cross-contamination is paramount for someone with celiac to remain safe and healthy. Anxiety is a common feeling amongst people with celiac when they are invited out to eat unless they are eating with a fellow celiac. It can be a lonely and exhausting journey but with the support of loved ones and a Morselicious perspective, we flourish.
Be sure to follow me on all social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) for daily tips, resources and recipes that are not only celiac safe, but also diabetic-friendly, heart-healthy, grain-free, paleo and keto-friendly.

I want to: 1. Double my water intake. 2. Reduce my screen time. 3. Spend more time connecting with others.
Thank you for sharing, Taylor. I look forward to supporting you reach these wonderful and very doable goals.
