* The EWG has also identified the “Clean 15,” which are the fruits and vegetables lowest in pesticide residue. These foods have the lowest levels of contamination, usually due to a thick peel that protects the edible part of the food. It’s much less important that you buy these foods organic. And if you don’t buy anything organic, sticking mainly to these foods will significantly lower your pesticide exposure.

Thanks, Twins!
The Vanilla says IMITATION Vanilla or Pure Vanilla Extract.
Let me know if you have more questions!
🙂
Love this list! Thank you! And yes–never travel without our own bags for the goods 🙂 Interesting about PURE vanilla–not sure how to know if it’s not? Thanks Mo! xoxo
That means a lot coming from you, Cheryl!
In the entrepreneurial/small business world of newsletters, top tips and how to’s, this was a really great list to share with everyone! Thanks
Great! Thank you, Primo!!!
Great post! Very useful and practical. I would add plantain chips and Amy’s Salsa (gluten free), and Applegate nitrate and gluten free meets for the occasional protein snack. Oh and coconut water. I love the Aloe/Coconut water by Harney (http://www.harney.com/Coconut-Water-with-Aloe-by-the-case-of-12-95oz-bottles/productinfo/77039/). Also, himalayan or celtic sea salt. Thanks for sharing!

I don’t think I’m familiar with Alstromeria…are they in the Wisteria family?
