As Mo, the Morselit, your health coach, Β I strongly suggest you do some kind of exercise the morning of Thanksgiving BEFORE your feast and holiday cheer begins. It’s a sure way to get your energy level up, blood circulating, heart pumping and to give thanks for your health. Β It will also set you on the Morselicious Path for the rest of the day. Make it a family affair.
