As Mo, the Morselit, your health coach, I strongly suggest you do some kind of exercise the morning of Thanksgiving BEFORE your feast and holiday cheer begins. It’s a sure way to get your energy level up, blood circulating, heart pumping and to give thanks for your health. It will also set you on the Morselicious Path for the rest of the day. Make it a family affair.
