How about grilling some of your favorite veggies or fruits on the grill to get your RED, WHITE and BLUE in from your daily rainbow intake?

Here are some incredible veggies from my friend and Morselite,  Stacy Poste-Silvey’s garden. Mmmm:

I LOVE skewing some veggies on a kabob stick and brushing with a lil’ extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon or lime juice, rosemary, black pepper and chipotle powder.  Mmmmm. My faves are zucchini, squash, mushrooms, peppers.

For dessert:  grilled pineapple, nectarines, blueberries…the colors and flavors are endless!
