Maura Knowles, aka, Mo, the Morselist Gets Naked
As a Certified Integrative Health Coach, purist, and someone who walks-the-walk, I never endorse, let alone consume products with a long list of ingredients especially those I can’t pronounce or have to look up. I like foods that are pure, transparent, and naked. That’s right, you read it correctly, NAKED! 🙂
Note, most are “food-like” products, translation, FAKE FOOD!
Since many of my clients come to me with dietary restrictions, allergies, intolerances and want healthier options, I take it very seriously to research all products I recommend and try myself.
If I won’t put it in my body, I won’t feel good about recommending it to my clients.
Thus, when Naked Nutrition reached out to me and asked if I’d be willing to try a couple of their products, I asked my standard Mo, the Morselist questions. Do they pass the Morselicious mission seal-of-approval?

While searching their website which offers a plethora of products, say that 10 times quickly, I was intrigued by the Collagen Peptides Powder and the Bone Broth Protein Powder.
They were gracious and sent me both with the understanding that I would only write about it if I approved and liked it. Voila! I like them, hey Mo Mo! (three Morsel points if you can name that vintage commercial slogan).
Collagen not only adds a boost of 9 grams of protein per scoop, it’s great for the skin, joints, nails, a quick energy boost without the C.R.A.P. and there’s no taste so it’s easy to add to your water, tea, coffee, Mojo, (for those new to my recipes, mojo is my unsweetened cocoa), baked goods, puddings…you get it.
