- A nice walk or hike
- Sip a cuppa Minty Mojo around the fireplace
- Share a good belly laugh
- Sing Christmas Carols, even better go sing at a nursing home. It’s amazing how therapeutic it is for the residents and YOU!
- Cook and share a MORSLEICIOUS meal
- Donate and/or volunteer at a food bank
- Do something good for someone else and be good to yourself!
