What does August evoke for you?
- The last hurrah of summer?
- Time to travel?
- Adventure?
- Reflection?
- Gearing up to get the kids back to school?
- One more month of bathing suit weather?
- BBQ’s? Picnics?
Aspire. What are/were your aspirations you set out to do at the beginning of summer? How are they coming along? Do you even remember? 🙂
Align. Just like we bring our cars in for a tune-up to check the alignment, or visit the chiropractor to align our spine (hee hee, that rhymes), we must check in with ourselves to make sure our aspirations still fit with our lifestyle, schedules, dreams. Double check your goals and write down 3 new ones you’d like to achieve by Labor Day
