Hello Maura, I baked the cookies on the back of the bag for the first time. I made the recipe with a little cinnamon and organic dark chocolate chopped up in it the first cookie tray, the second I added a little unsweetened coconut, the last cookie tray I pressed the balls down with the bottom of a glass with organic sugar on the bottom of it. It added just enough sweet to get the sugar addict in the house to eat a healthier treat. Thank you for the yummies!
