1. Plan ahead: prepare your meals ahead of time. Freeze some for leftovers.
2. Focus on fresh over packaged processed foods.
3. Spice it up.Variety is the spice o’ life. Experiment with spices for added flavor in place of sugar and salt.

Have you tried my fancy Spa Water recipe?
Add some lemon, lime and cucumber slices to cold water. Fresh mint and orange slices are great garnishes, too.
Keep a pitcher in your fridge and see if that helps you imbibe in more water.

My biggest challenge is drinking water…it just doesn’t call to me unless I’m working out.
