Happy Morselicious Monday!
Are you living MORSELICIOUSLY?
How does one live Morseliciously, you ask? Well, let me tell you.
A Morselicious Life includes:
-Indulging in all life offers you
-Giving yourself at least 20 minutes a day JUST FOR YOU
-Choosing tasty/real/whole foods
-Eating mindfully and graciously
– Reading labels
– Cutting back on sugar and sodium from processed foods
-Getting on your glow (preferably from at least 20 minutes of exercise every day)
-Adding color (natural color) to your meals/plates/bowls
-Experimenting with new tastes, foods, experiences
– Laughing
– Spending time with loved ones daily
– Expressing gratitude
– Knowing we all have CHOICES and deciding to CHOOSE
– And when we make mistakes, because we will, be open to learning from them, get the lead out and continue moving…
– Sharing your own Morselicious Tips with other Morselites!
I adore ALL of you and am grateful for your wonderful support!

Great inspiration, Jaime! Thanks for sharing and glad you are feeling much better!!!
A few years back I started having a weird systemic reaction which I traced to foods with sugar. I cut it out completely, cold turkey, and felt better immediately.
It was hard at first to find enjoyable foods without sugar, but the penalties were so unpleasant and immediate that it was worth the effort.
It was an interesting exercise in reinforcement and decision-making. As a side effect, I dropped about 5 excess pounds.
