1) J Jumpstart each day with a minimum of 5-10 minutes of movement. Dance, stretch, run…jump, jump..for your love! 🙂 (Name that tune for 2 morsel points) Hint: they were sisters!
2) U Understand your cravings and triggers and find things to do/eat to prevent them from spiraling you out of control.
3) L Laugh and find something you LOVE and commit to doing it every day this month.

4) Y Yes to Yowza! Say “yes” to one new thing every day that’s exciting and a little daring!
5) M Morselfy your meals! Search my blogs for ideas and create your own variations. Share your photos and recipes with us. Read here for inspiration from The Reality Fatty & her accomplishment on my Ultimate 21 day detox!
6) N NO to negative self talk and nix the Negative Nellie’s. Time to reboot your self esteem and confidence.
7) M Master your Mantra. Don’t have one yet? Make one new healthy habit this month and commit to mastering it by the end of the month.

I’ll add an “S” to pluralize it” Spare your skin–stay in the shade! (Good for all of us who live in sun zones–which is not just CA! (Think of all the states straight east and southeast of us clear through the Midwest that bake in the sun during the summer.)

Great post! Your 21 day detox has TOTALLY changed the way I eat and think about food! In addition, I am loving #’s 1 and 6 from your list because getting up and doing some form of exercise in the morning definitely makes your day better! Also, ditching the “Debbie Downer” and “Negative Nancy” attitudes will help you reach goals you never thought you could before. Keep writing your blog because I am learning so much AND my body thanks you for it!
