With Labor Day just around the corner, what would you like to WORK OUT before getting back to the regular school/work grind?
Here are a few questions to get you started:

And to motivate you, here’s another MORSELICIOUS Recipe:
GREEN “ICE CREAM“
- ¾ Cup Coconut Milk (I prefer the full fat in a can) OR you can use the LIGHT Coconut Milk in a Can
- ¼ Cup So Delicious Coconut Milk (Original)
- 2/3 cup Nutiva Coconut Manna
- 2 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 1/4 tbsp vanilla
- 1/2 large banana (chopped, frozen)
- 3 dates (chopped)
- 2 1/2 C. Ice cubes
Directions:
- Add ingredients into blender and blend well.
- Pour contents of the blender into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight or at least 3-4 hours.
- Remove from the freezer. Re-blend it in the blender before serving.
Serve with chocolate chips, shredded coconut, carob chips, nuts, Toasted Hemp or Now Flax Seeds, berries…
