So Delicious meets Morselicious!

As promised, this Morselist has been busy creating & developing SUPER low sugar & low sodium, Gluten Free/Vegan recipes.

Here’s a dessert recipe for all you Morselites to try and please share your feedback and or variations!

A Morselcious SO Delicious Coconut Freeze:

1/2 Cup SO Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk

3 Tbsp Nutiva Coconut Manna

1/4 Cup Canned Light Coconut Milk (I get mine at Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk or mix together with an electric mixer.

Pour into ice cube trays.

FREEZE

Once frozen, eat as mini popsicles OR my favorite: pop 4 into a blender with 1/2 cup SO DELICIOUS Unsweetened Coconut Milk and blend into an Icy Treat!

Drink & enjoy!

Note: I use UNSWEETENED SO Delicious Coconut Milk, but if you prefer, you can try their SO Delicious Original Coconut Milk instead.

This will add  6 grams of sugar, compared to 0 grams in their Unsweetened.

Sodium per cup is 15mg.

Serves 1-2.

  1. This sounds delicious! I love love love coconut manna! I’ll have to try it when I get back from Hawaii, I’ll be eating fresh coconuts there.
