Nana-chia pudding-no bunch o’ bananas!



No bunch o’ bananas here!  🙂 With only one week before Labor Day and the official end-of-summer break for most people, I want to share one of my favorite MORSeLICIOUS recipes and enjoy the “fruits of your Labor Day!”  LOL…I never said I was HIP! 🙂

My Nana-Chia Pudding is packed with potassium, protein, omega-3s, 5g of fiber in 1 tablespoon and oodles of MORSELICIOUSness!  Hope you enjoy. Leave a comment if you make it OR plan on making and have a MORSELICIOUS Monday and “see” you the week AFTER Labor Day!!! 🙂

Mo’s Nana-Chia Pudding

Serves 2

Ingredients

1 banana

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tablespoons coconut cream (skimmed from canned milk)

1 TBSP chia seeds

1 to 2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour into jars or ramekins and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
