Happy Morselicious Monday!!
As promised, here is my tasty recipe for my M.A.C.C. Pudding.
(VEGAN/SODIUM FREE/GLUTEN FREE/Super LOW Sugar)
M.A.C.C. stands for 2 things:
1. Mac (of Mac-n-Mo’s) and
2. Morselicious Avocado Coconut Cacao Pudding!!!
This is soooooo Morseliciously YUMMY-it’s YUMMILICIOUS!
Serves 6
INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cacao (I used DAGOBA)
2 Avocados
6 dates (pitted)
2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds (I used NOW FOODS)
1/3 C So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk
2 tsp Cinnamon & Cayenne (those who don’t like the heat, stay OUT of the kitchen-just kidding- omit Cayenne)
1.5 Tbsp. Nutiva’s Coconut Manna
2 tsp. Vanilla
Blend well. (I use my heavy duty Blend Tec)
We served by crumbling Mac-n-Mo’s Morsels over the top…pure decadence! (guilt-free, of course)
ENJOY!!!
And….regarding my question on Friday, I’ve already received some wonderful changes and goals you’d like to make/reach.
Please keep them coming..great stuff!
What a briliant idea–the avocados! Mmmm!
Yes, the avocados make it super creamy! 🙂
Great, Karen!
You’re becoming quite the chef in your house!
🙂
Hahaha—no, that’ll never happen! There’s a fire extinguisher ready at all times!! But I must say, your recipes are straightforward and I like the accompanying pictures–very helpful!
Thank you, Karen!
You made my day! 🙂
My Mom loves both coconut and avocado…I’ll share this with her too!
Chocolate? Avocado? Coconut Manna and So Delicious Coconut Milk? Sounds decadently delicious to me! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
it’s soooooo yummy!
please try and let me know what you think!
Yes, dairy free…anything Vegan is dairy free…but thank you for asking and I’m happy to clarify. 🙂
I’m not a vegan or Dairy free eater so I try to clarify things before passing recipes along and looking like an idiot;) LOL Thanks and now will be sharing the recipe with a friend who is always looking for DF delights for her hubby;)
Thanks, Yvonne! YOU’re NOT an idiot! :)In fact, you’re very sweet to pass along to your friends hubby!
You didn’t specifically list Dairy Free but since this is listed as a vegan recipe that implies this is a dairy free delight as well, correct?
Thanks,
Yvonne Elm Hall
