I was going through a bit of a lull period around 4th of July week and mentioned to Maura I could really benefit from an exercise accountability partner. Maura immediately offered and helped me complete a three-week streak of daily exercise. A couple of times I even did two classes in a day! I used to have a handle on my weight, and then the pandemic hit. First the gyms closed and then I began a series of injuries and illnesses. My weight problem snowballed until I was in a dark place with no way out.
