Today, I will raise the bar by taking a little more time to truly Focus (refer to previous post) on my creativity AND relationships without RUSHING/going through the motions.

Great post! I agree with Jill too– it’s so important to find time to laugh! It will always override the negative!
Listening to others rather than just hearing….even though people all over the world are virtually connected it can be very isolating. Respecting someone enough to give of your time/attention can have profound impact.
To be fully present is an art form. I find taking the time to LAUGH with all your relationships, no matter how brief, is healing, bonding & memorable. It also overrides the negative, opening more positive channels for creativity to flourish.
