‘Ah ha’ moment that led to launching the business: My Dad, a diabetic and a heart patient, begged me to create a “legal” guilt free treat that he could eat. The dessert had to have low sugar, NO sodium, NO preservatives, NO dairy, NO wheat, NO egg, NO fake food, and NO GMO’s.
