Do you want the focused expertise of a Certified Integrative Health Coach, but not yet ready to commit to a longer-term program?
We will review your Health History and Goals, to be sent to me ahead of our call. I will provide this once you redeem your session via email. From there, we’ll discuss your concerns, goals and a mini-plan to achieve your goals for an ongoing effective lifestyle.
Time-contingent, the virtual session may include;
- Healthy cooking/baking tips.
- Your “primary foods,” all the other areas of your life affecting your health that are NOT edible foods; relationships, physical, emotional, spiritual, career, stress etc.
