And yes…that rhymes!

WHEEEEEEEE!!!!!

Try Mo’s Tasty Morselicious Stuffed Mushroom &/or Pepper  Recipe:

Ingredients:

Eggplant
Zucchini, Green Onion, Garlic

Coconut Oil

Add Beans (I used Organic Pinto Beans -Rinsed 3 times)

Jalepeno Pepper/Black Pepper/Red Pepper/Rosemary/Tumeric

COOK over LOW HEAT

In separate bowl

mix with water and Unsweetened Coconut Milk, Full Fat Coconut Milk,  Hemp Protein/Chia Seeds.

Toast Hemp & Pumpkin Seeds

Add Hemp Protein, Chia Seeds, Water to Veggies:

Top with Toasted seeds.
